Our flagship course is high-impact and extremely challenging eight weeks for those who are not in education, employment or training. The ultimate aim is to get participants back into work or further education and to equip them emotionally for the challenges of the workplace. Our courses can be for men, women or mixed, and run throughout the UK. We use a number of sports to facilitate positive change in our participants' lives - including rugby, boxing and 'learn to lift'.
Overall, 40% of SOHK participants move into employment during or after the programme.
Our most successful programme have seen 65% of participants find work.
90% of participants said that their self-confidence had increased.
96% of participants said that their motivation had increased.
94% of participants said that their ability to make positive choices had increased.

94% of the students on the programme have avoided permanent exclusion from school.
Cohorts see a 95% reduction in referrals for poor behaviour over the first two years of the programme.
70% of students also improved the attendance at school.
Over 3/5 of our adult participants live in the top 20% of the UK's most deprived areas.

1,000 funds an unemployed adult through an SOHK programme to help them find sustainable employment.
600 supports a school pupil at risk of exclusion with rugby coaching and mentoring every week for a year.
10 provides one mentoring session for an adult participant.
100 trains and matches a volunteer mentor with an adult beneficiary.
5 provides boxing wraps for a participant.
